We found no enterprise agreement for Cotton On Group store staff. The group's only agreement on the Fair Work Commission's register, the Cotton On Group and United Workers Union Enterprise Agreement 2025 - 2028, covers team members at its distribution centres. Store staff across the group's brands are therefore paid under the General Retail Industry Award, unless a store agreement exists under another company name.
Next scheduled increase: First full pay period on or after 1 December 2026 (juniors aged 18 and 19). Staff aged 18 or 19 at Levels 1 to 3 who have been with their employer for more than 6 months step up under determination PR813655. An 18-year-old moves from 70% to 75% of the adult rate ($20.86 an hour at Level 1), and a 19-year-old from 80% to 85% ($23.64). The Fair Work Ombudsman will reissue its pay guide with the new junior dollars. Adult rates next change with the 2027 Annual Wage Review.
Every level: Retail Award rates 2026.
These are the General Retail Industry Award minimums for store staff. Cotton On Group can pay above them, but we found no store agreement that sets a different floor.
Cotton On Group does have one enterprise agreement, approved on 23 December 2025. It covers team members at its distribution centres only (COG Regional Team Pty Ltd, with the United Workers Union). If you work in a store it does not apply to you, and your payslip must name the award or agreement you are paid under.
Brands under the same group, including Cotton On Body, Cotton On Kids, Factorie, Typo, Rubi and Supré, are retail stores covered by the same award. These rates are the floor there too.

The award rates behind a Cotton On job
An enterprise agreement must leave each employee better off overall than the award, so the award minimum for the same job is the floor these rates are tested against. For the jobs most Cotton On team members do, the award pages are:
- Retail Manager pay rates: $31.11/hr award minimum
- Forklift Operator pay rates: $27.97/hr award minimum
- Retail Worker pay rates: $27.81/hr award minimum
